Hand caught abalones, exceptional !
In the Mont Saint Michel bay, the tides’ range is 14 meters, and gives to the shellfishes this iodic power that we love so much. Philippe Orveillon, who dives for oysters and scallops, is catching abalones this week, next to the Pointe du Grouin. At the Coquillage, we are enjoying them with the first potatoes and dulse seaweeds… Exceptional!
